Comparable Market Analysis

When you narrow down your search for homes to consider, I will conduct a Comparable Market Analysis or CMA for short. This will help estimate the market value of a property and find out important information such as;

  • how long the home has been on the market
  • the seller’s purchase price
  • neighborhood sales
  • number of homeowners
  • any other factors that may be a concern to you.
